Time Domain Spherical Harmonic Processing with Open Spherical Microphones Recording

Spherical harmonic analysis has been a widely used approach for spatial audio processing in recent years. Among all applications that benefit from processing, Active Noise Control (ANC) remains unique with its requirement open spherical microphone arrays to record the residual sound field throughout continuous region. Ideally, low delay recording algorithm is desired real-time ANC systems. Currently, frequency domain algorithms decomposition of array recordings are applied system. However, Short Time Fourier Transform required, which introduces undesirable system In this paper, we develop time application mainly an array. Microphone signals processed by series pre-designed finite impulse response (FIR) filters obtain set coefficients. The coefficients contain information field. We corroborate numerical simulation fourth order system, and show proposed method have lower than existing approaches.
